Hi this was dedicated on Saturday, December 9, 2006. I too wanted to be there and there was nothing posted anywere to announce this.

I plan on going there on Saturday and leaving some flowers. I'm glad they finally did this.

The Daily Local News had a front page ad in Sunday's paper, however they didn't post it on their web page version.
