Flemiming is still in Shelby county in 1900. He is a widow with other children. Ancestry.com has him indexed as "Tlem Payne" but when you look at the image it is "Flem." I see a Robert, Henry and Benjiman F. in Davidson County who are about the right ages. So, check Shelby County for Flem in 1900 and Davidson for the children.
