That's strange that you have problems with the Ancestry records for Warren, Nash or Franklin Counties, if those are the ones you're referring to. I've had great success with those counties since they are among the ones I predominantly research. I've found mostly everyone I've looked for in the NC Death Indexes who would have died after 1913, and now with the 1910 census having an every name index, that makes it a lot easier to locate someone missing after 1900. I hope you're having better luck in searching now.
