I am still looking for descendants of Moultrie Ancestors. My Moultrie line is from St. Andrews Township, Charlston S.C. On my greatgrandmother's birth and death certificate, Emma Moultrie, Jacob K. Moultrie and Hagar Ann Manigault is entered as her parents.

In the 1880 census, Jacob and Hagar had 4 children listed, my greatgrandmother was not born as yet.
