Henry Chandler b. 1902 in Halifax County Virginia.

Arthur may have been been a West Indian. Arthur married Afro-American
Laura Henry Chandler in 1941, in New York, and they had one daughter,
who was born in 1943.

Arthur is thought to have died about 1951. I can find no record of
