Any Pitt county researchers on the list. I need the land record for Eva Coward or Eva Dixon. She was buried as Eva Dixon. My grandmother did not own property in 1930. She did own property sometime after that date in Ayden NC. In the 50's I used to spend the summers there. I need to know when she bought the land and how she paid for it. I would also like to know if she married Frank Dixon. She was not married to him in 1930. I am willing to pay a researcher for help. Thanks
