My question: Do you think if given the opportunity and the right stuff that a person who happens to be white can teach African American history to AfricanAmericans and others who are not African Americans? Before this question is answered, my answer would be a most definitely yes. I have had one particular professor named Griffin who happens to be white, and when I and others sat in front of him, I must admit, I thought he was not aware of Black History or any kind of history about Africans. Fooled me at the time. There are some of our professors of the African persuasion who barely can teach African American history, or who most of the time evade it. Just an opinion. Joseph
