Hi, Dawn and Nina!

I have tried to ask my grandfather's half-brother, Richard Peebles, about information on their mother, Julia Roberts Peebles, but he does not want to go back to his past, which he finds painful.

Julia is the missing link to this Eugene Cox mystery. The only thing is I needed to know if she still had any relatives in South Boston, Halifax County, Virginia. She was born there in about 1914 or 1915.

I am not giving hope on seeing if the Eugene Cox you found is my Eugene, my great-grandfather. I forgot to mention that on my grandfather Eugene's birth certificate, Eugene Sr. stated that he was born in Virginia without stating the city nor county.
