When you click below, or on the links, it wil take you to the information sheet for her. Then click on view record to see the actual certificates. Scroll over to the right for Augusta's death certificate, she is the last on the page on the far right. It seems her husband Hugh was the informant on her death certificate.

You are lucky to have West Virginia relatives. In these documents, you have Augusta's maiden name and her mother's as well. West Virginia has an excellent state archives with pictures exhibits of African Americans online as well as their birth, marriage and death certificates online here: http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/
