Could I get a death look up of Isabell Martin born appox 1845/50.

Died in Ark Nov, 28, 1928, certificate filed in Hempstead County Ark.This information was sent to me by a source(RAGK) I was told it could be found in healthyarkansas.com. I was not able to find a location on the site to do a look up for myself maybe I just did not navagate thru it properly would someone at there convience help me please because he said for me to look at a few other names.
