The Monroe Township Historical Society will sponsor a "Genealogy Workshop for Beginners" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at the New Richmond Branch Library. Admission is free. For more information, call the library at 553-0570.

A member of the library staff will introduce those attending to their new "Genealogy Pathfinder" which will direct them to the right material for finding answers to their questions.
