Spelling verified with the dictionery. I too had gr-grandparents that died of TB between 1905-1910 in Richmond, VA., and want records of what happened to them. I went to google.com and typed in "Burkeville Sanitarium - Virginia," and found many, many websites with photos that explained the situation during that time. Its very depressing, but we must press on. I will be going to Richmond this year to the Virginia State Library to check on their paper trail. Their death certificates should list where they died and were buried. Also the State Library should have the Sanitarium's records after it closed.
