[IL] Seeking MORAN family city directory & death info

Hello;

I am searching for city directory information and obits (or other death information) for the following members of the following MORAN family (I am of course willing to pay postage and copy fees for anything that might be found).

Richard MORAN: born about 1796 in Kentucky (according to census information) and died sometime after 09 June 1880 and before the 1900 census enumeration in Iroquois County, Illinois

Mary (WRIGHT) MORAN: born about 1804 in Pennsylvania (according to census information) and died after 21 June 1860 and before 20 August 1870 in Iroquois County, Illinois

Their children were:

---Laurilla Jane: born about 1826 (I have information regarding her)

---Rush M. born about 1827 or 1828 in Indiana. I last see him in the 1870 census age 43 in Sheldon Twp., Illinois

---Benjamin F. (B.F.) born about 1829 in Indiana. I last see him in the 1860 census age 31 in Concord, Illinois

---Mary born about 1834. I last see her in the 1850 census age 16. This is the last time this family was enumerated in Indiana (first time I see them there is 1830). They were in Lawernceburg, Dearborn, Indiana. I haven’t seen any marriage information for her nor any death information.

---Bisney W. (also seen as B.W. and Bimey) born about 1837. I last see him in the 1880 census age 43

---Richard S.Y. born about 1841. I last see him with his sister in 1900 in Sheldon, Illinois

---Julia born about 1843. I last see her with her brother in 1900 in Sheldon, Illinois

There was also a child by the name of Laura listed in the 1850 census with them, three years of age, but also not seen after this enumeration (I am guessing she died).

Some additional things:

I know very little except that Mary was usually enumerated as White in the census and Richard and the children were enumerated as Mulatto, light Mulatto or White (depending upon the year being viewed). They were also FPOC. This family lived in Indiana prior to moving to Illinois. All of their children were born in Illinois (at least all the children that I know of). By 1860, they are living in Iroquois County: 1860 in Concord, Iroquois, Illinois; in 1870 in Sheldon Township, Iroquois, Illinois; in 1880 in Haxby, Iroquois, Illinois. In 1900 I only find the son Richard and daughter Julia living in the same home, listed as White and living in Sheldon, Iroquois, Illinois.

It seems as though only one of the children (my 4th great grandmother, Laurilla Jane (BANNISTER/BANISTER) (ROBERTS) MORAN) married. The rest of the children are consistently found in the home with the parents (that is until they slowly start to disappear). I am not certain if any other MORAN children married as I’ve not yet located any evidence that they did. One family thought is that perhaps the line had died out save Laurilla Jane’s descendants.

They were usually enumerated with the spelling found in this post, however, in 1860 the spelling on the surname was “Morin”.

Thanks for reading and TIA for any information anyone can provide.
