Reception: The International Gallery and the University of Rhode Island will hold a reception and craft marketplace on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the "Creative Hands and Spirits" exhibit, at the URI Gallery, 80 Washington St., Providence. The exhibit and the program celebrate women around the world. Both are partially funded by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
