I there, I was looking up my grandfather, Booker Emmitt (or Emmett) Jones and ran across your post. Have you had any success finding any more on your family? I know that Booker's dad's name was Robert, apparently people used to call him Mr. Roberts, and that he worked on the railroad and later became a farmer. Grandpa was born and raised in Kountze, Texas, but unfortunately he passed away nearly twenty years ago. Not many people left in my family who remember grandpa's upbring, etc. I don't happen to know any other surnames from the family, but do know that Mr. Roberts was originally from Louisana.
