It's possible that my maternal grandparents are alive they would be between 99 and 105 years old.

The place of birth and birthdate are correct on the Death Certificate. The names of her parents on the Death Certificate are George Jones, and Beatrice Smith. I have met Beatrice Smith at least twice. Once during my mother's funeral and once I went to her house in 1977 or 1978. She had a picture of me on her mantle. At neither occassion did she or anyone else indicate that she was my real grandmother, but my sisters insisted that she was not. My mother NEVER said she was my grandmother and we had hundreds of photos but none of Beatrice Smith. But according to the link provided by Lisa B. Lee, it is possible that she may have been my mother's aunt by marriage because Beatrice was West Indian (BWI=British West Indies). I have never had anyone in my family say the words George and Jones in the same sentence. The Death Certificate also indicates that my mother had no Social Security Number.
