I just got a copy of my mother's death certificate which has several inaccuracies including place of burial, cause of death, marital status at time of death, no social security number an incorrect name of her mother and father. But this was 1968 and they weren't as accurate as they may be now. But other things do match letting me know that this was created with information from 1968 and not 2005
