My Livingston family (father) moved to Willow, Orangeburg County, South Carolina between Deember 1924 and December 1927, to live with his grandparents, Peter and Annie Moultrie. My father, Herman, had a younger brother named Henry. My father told me that he never knew his parents but thinks his father's name was Charles Livingston and his mother's name was Elijah Moultrie.
