Re: [UT] Go west, young genealogy buffs
In Response To: [UT] Go west, young genealogy buffs
() And that’s exactly what awaits those who go to the Federation of Genealogical Societies conference titled “Reminders of the Past, Visions for the Future” from Sept. 7-10 at Salt Lake City’s Salt Palace Convention Center. Among the leading lights of the genealogical world who will be on the conference program will be Paula Stuart-Warren, Linda Geiger, Ann Carter Fleming, Tom Jones, Kay Haviland Freilich, Michael John Neill, Pamela Boyer Porter, Elizabeth Shown Mills, Claire Bettag, Barbara Matthews and Curt Witcher.
Could someone tell me if ANY of the "leading lights" are African-American (AA)? I recognize the name of Curt Witcher from the Allen County Public Library located in Fort Wayne, Indiana as one who has produced a Biblography for AA researchers, but none of the others as regards AA research. TIA, Art Thomas
