This appeared on a very low-key below the radar television station. It is broadcast from the University of California at Santa Barbara which usually comes on and up with some interesting programs. I didn't know the U.S. Senate passed bills SB 2199 and 1737 in 2000, which according to this site is/was "meant to address a number of issues related to the economic and political legacy of slavery." This lecture series, listed under "Variety" is only on for a short spell.
