Steve Love has been chosen as the new president of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce, the Courier has learned.

The chamber has been looking for a new president since De Asa Brown stepped down from the position earlier this year.

Arlene Koth, the chair of the chamber's board, had no comment on the search saying she preferred to reserve comment until after she meets with Love later this week. She said the chamber would make an announcement in the coming days.

Love, formerly of Blue Chip Broadcasting Inc., previously held the position of vice president for economic inclusion and community development at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
