Putnam Genealogy Society Offering historic mugs
The Putnam County Genealogical Society is starting a series of collector mugs which will feature historical places from the county.
The first mug of a set of six will feature the following: the first Putnam County Courthouse, Kalida; The Nickel Plate Railroad Station, Leipsic; The Crawfis College, Pandora; Myers General Store & Post Office, Dupont; St. John’s Church, Glandorf, and The Fireman’s Statue, Ottawa.
The second mug will feature the Columbus Grove Pool; The Fort Jennings fort; The Chambers Hotel, Gilboa; The Immaculate Conception Church, Ottoville; CM Hammer Blacksmith Shop, Miller City; and OG High School with Elm Tree, Ottawa.
The third mug features the Home in the Wilderness, Cloverdale; Putnam County Courthouse, Ottawa; St. Michael’s Church, Kalida; Leipsic Hotel, Leipsic; The Two Room Schoolhouse, Pandora; and the Nickel Plate Railroad Station of Continental.
Mug four will feature the Ax Handle Factory of Columbus Grove; The Holy Family Church of New Cleveland; The Memorial Hall of Ft. Jennings; The Ottawa Train Station, Ottawa; The Vaughnsville School, Vaughnsville; and The Schulen and Wannemacher Mill of Ottoville.
The fifth mug features the Gainrich Hotel, Cloverdale; Trinity United Methodist Church, Ottawa; Frogtown School; Interurban Station, Leipsic; Kalida Town Hall w/Bell Tower, Kalida; and Overhall Factory in Pandora.
The sixth mug has the Ft. Jennings Church, The New Cleveland School, The Train Station of Glandorf; Myers Mill, Cascade; The Infirmary, Ottawa; and The Bridge over Riley Creek by Gilboa.
