This is great information. I lived in Ellaville throughout my childhood and adolesence until I joined the US Air Force in 1991. I did not hear of this incident at any time during my years in the Schley County school system or at Tri County High. It is vitally important to become a strong community, that citizens should know the roots of their culture to see how far Ellaville has come over the past century.
