data: In the Name of God amen I William Deloach Sen. of the County of Brunswick in Virginia being in Perfect Health and strength of body and also perfect in mind and Memory thanks be to God for it but calling to mind the uncertainty of Transitory Life do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows: First: No slaves mentioned Item: No slaves mentioned Item: I give and bequeath to my foresaid Loving wife Eleanor two negroes, to wit, Izabell and a negro girl named Phillis and do give the said negroes to my foresaid wife to be at her own ordering and disposing forever. Also my will and desire is that my foresaid Loving wife have and enjoy the command profit and labour of my negro boy Jack age about thirteen years during the term of her Natural Life and after her decease my will and desire is that the said negro Jack be hereby given to my foresaid son Francis Deloach and to his Heirs and assigns forever.Item I give and bequeath to my foresaid Loving son Francis Deloach four negroes, to wit, a negro boy named Ceaser, a negro girl named Jenny and a negro girl named Hannah, also one negro boy named Davy all which said negroes I give and bequeath to may said son Francis Deloach and to his heirs and assigns forever.Item I give and bequeath to my Loving Daughter Martha now the wife of Harmon Hill two negroes, to wit, one negro boy named Jemmy and one negro girl named Cate and do give the said negroes to my forementioned Daughter Martha and to her Heirs or assigns forever ...Item I give and bequeath to my Loving Daughter Anne now the wife of William Hill three negroes, to wit, one negro woman named Sarah and one negro boy named Dick and one negro girl named Amy and do give the said negroes to my forementioned Daughter Anne and to her heirs or assigns forever...Item No slaves mentioned Item I give and bequeath to my Loving Son William Deloach two negroes, to wit, one negro woman named Judah and one negro girl named Sarah and do give the said negroes to my forementioned son William Deloach and to his heirs and assigns forever and whereas I have already given my foresaid son William Deloach lands and negroes in times past Equal in value or surmounting the value of what I have herein bequeathed to any one of my other Children in ....Will written on March 25, 1746 and proved March 3, 1747.
