Has anyone ever heard of this Association? It was comprised of African American churches in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania (article says Indiana, but I am guessing it should be Indiana, Pa). a fellow researcher found mention of it in an article from August 1885. Since the Allegheny Baptist Association covered the same region but started in 1891/2, I am wondering if this is actually the genesis of the second group. My Rev. Tucker and a couple of other ministers whose names I recall from the second association appear in the article.
