Mar - Letters of dismission to Henry B BLARE & wife Mary

& Rache PEARCE. Discussion on new deacon. On the

16th of the month recvd by recantation William CATON.

Later entry out of order in the books - Recvd on the

13th Jener, servant of Henry EMMERSON who had

been baptised by Moses ALLEN as a member of the

Brownsville Church.

Apr - 7th - recvd by experience Johnathan HASLIP. Richard

RAY released from being treasurer. Committee to go to

Friendship Church to obtain a list of their members who

joined from this church. On Sun recvd Samual, a man

of color.

May - Recvd Mary NUTON?. Eligah JONES chosen as new

deacon - msgs to churches for help in his ordination.

Letters of dismission granted Martha SHOULERS,

Nancy DEWALL [DUVAL] and Mary NUTON.

Jun - Jesse MOON still preaching this year. Recvd Jesse, a

man of color; Hiram NUTON by recantation. Thomas

JONES released as treasurer; John S EMMERSON

appt in his place.

Sep - Jesse MOON requested a copy of the record of the day's

business when they received a woman of color belonging

to Henry EMMERSON.

Oct - Recvd FANNY, a woman of color belonging to Thomas

RAY by letter. Rutho JONES excluded for joining the

Missionary Baptists. Dorinda CUTLIP joined by experience.

Case of Wiley JONES taken up - non-attendance; Mel

HASELIP and Bro JONES to see him. John CAPS

requested to see Sister WITHERS abt joining the Miss.

Baptists.

Nov - Hyram NUTON granted letter of dismission. Excluded

James WITHROW for joining the Missionaries.

Dec Wiley JONES excluded for joining the Missionaries.
