I believe that the church was formed in the Winston Salem news paper, and it looks like this:Primitive(old)e end 12th, Rev Green Galloway Pastor and then it has Primitive(new) Forsyth and 10th, REv J T Martin pastor. I think it started in Winston in 1910. The also had a Pleasant Union Primitive Bapt Training School and church at 1306 e 10th.
