I will add the Berry Brothers to he list, but the Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington or Lucky Millinder bands will be a bit outside my scope of research. They provided much of the music that supported these dancers and are important in that respect.
I will look for a copy of Stearns book, but can´t think of any library here in Norway that will
have a copy of your monumental work.
Unfortunately ( ? )I live on the wrong side of the pnd.
