My tip for a successful family reunion would be to start early..it's never to early. I started planning the August 2010 reunion in Feb 2009.
Don't over estimate the # of attendees..that can cost you big if you're having it at a hotel and have a minimum food/beverage amount.
I would recommend destinations that could fit all age groups. We're having ours in Orlando this year.
No Travel agent.
