The Coleman-Dixon Family Reunion 2009 was a great success. There was plenty of food, fun, and fellowship. It was great to get a chance to reconnect with family members I hadn't seen in a while.

Also, there were some newcomers and this was their first time coming to the reunion. One of the newcomers came with pictures of some of the ancestors. She also had other info to share because her branch of the family, I'm not that familiar with. So hopefully we can share the information and I can add it to my family tree I made on Ancestry.com.

Also, we made a book showing the family trees from the different branches of the family and included some census records listing great grandparents, grandparents, and great aunts and uncles.

We all had a great time, even though it was hot (temperature in the 90's) that weekend. I did post some pictures at the link below.
