Our reunions were much of the same. Even with our large size now, knowing where and how funds were spent was always a mystery. Then at the end of the day...you always hear about who didn't pay and how extra money had to be put in. But, there was issues with planning. Too many ppl on the committee making too many decisions and not consulting each other..therefore - too much money spent.

but, I want to show the family where the money is spent and why the reunion fees are so much. I think I'll give a financial report after the reunion so then i'll have a complete report.
