I don't know if this included in Art Thomas' suggestion but the Chamber of Commerce and the Visitors Convention center of any place your family will be looking at for a reunion will put you on their websites and believe me you will get bombarded with coupon books, promotion activities at hotels and events as well as freebies donated from these places for giveaways at your reunion. Even neighboring cities will send stuff. Everybody wants to get something from 'tourist' and the competition helps with the budgets. Also all of this is FREE advertisement. If you can find out what 'black communities' have newspapers, ask to have free information put in their family sections. Word will get out to maybe some new cousins.
