I am finished a successful 2011 reunion for the first time. Now my problem is where to go in 2012. We had an awesome weekend price of $30 per person for pizza party, bbq and breakfast, although it should of been more like 45 per person. Hotel $89 a nite

I want to keep the prices low (my family is very frugal) but I want to have a very family oriented reunion. I figure we will use the hotel (hopefully free) for the Friday nite meet and greet, but we need to find a local that has a place for a BBQ with covered shelter. I was thinking if we could rent villas or even go to somewhere like Woodloch Springs where there are homes to rent then we could save on food cost by doing all the cooking ourselves, maybe even a kids make the pizza activity for friday by buying pizza dough from a local bakery.

Delaware (not sure where)
White Plains/Poughkeepsie, New York
Myrtle Beach thinking Sands Resorts

Anyone have any info or ideas about these areas? How about how do I find info about these areas?
