An idea...Your young people. Usually the young people don't really care too much, because they don't get to have very much input and they think 'us old folks' are really behind times. You know, we never were their age . So how about involving them in some important decision making. If it is to keep going on, someone in that age group needs to take up the call for reunions.
Get them to build and create activities.
