I am looking for examples of Family Charts that are very easy for people to fill out. I saw the one on Ancestry and ut seems too complicated, print too small IMO.

I once found a Circle family Chart on the web. I use the idea all the time but I can't find the original source.

The chart is made in cicles. Put yourself in the center circle. Bigger circle around it has the names of your parents, next your grand parents etc. etc.

If someone else has easy ideas for family Charts that Seniors can fill out please let me know.
