What I don't understand is a cousin came to our reunion with 'big bucks', to take to the CASINO. But they did not send money or felt insulted, that their name was not written down as paid. The excuse was, well I was going to pay WHEN, I got here". Yeah right!! It's like, y'all can pay for this stuff. It sort of makes you back off from trying to keep family together. Someone on the committee always ends up loosing money on it. I can't do it. The only way there will be another one in our family is if we all show up at an eatery and EVERYBODY pays for their own meal.
Times are too hard.
