I have WAY too many stories Melvin...I will settle on telling one about my grandmother and her sister.
Background - Grannie and my great aunt, her sister Ethel (we call her Untee), have been battling since they were children. Ethel was the first female child of their parents that survived and she is now 96 years old. After her came my great aunt Cora and my grandmother. My grandmother was the baby, so of course she expected "the baby" treatment although she was the last of 11; she'll be 90. I guess she didn't think she got it, while Untee has always been sort of taken care of by everyone. They were always fighting for their position in their family.
So...we are done with the 2003 reunion, and we're all congregated at my cousins house. Untee is packing her bags to leave. Untee is not even 5 feet tall and a VERY petite lady. I don't know how her and Grannie ended up having to room with each other, but they did. Eventually, someone takes Untee to the airport. My grandmother has to leave the next day and she begins to pack her bag and she realizes that she's missing a suit. My grandmother is at least 5'6 and a size 14!!!!!! For the next three hours, she went around the house "fussing" about how Untee had "stole" her suit. We were all sitting up talking and laughing at her the whole night until she left. Untee is old and a little demented and didn't take it on purpose. She eventually ended up sending it back to our cousin's house that we were at INSTEAD of my grandmother. My cousin then sent it to my grandmother. LOL
