I wish you success with your Murrill Walker Family Reunion. May I suggest that you make it a point to have regular meetings with your chosen committee members. I wonder. how far along are you with the plans? How many family members do you anticipate at your event?

If distance is an issue telephone and video conferencing might be best for some of your meetings. You can use email for sending minutes, updated checklists and activity ideas.

To keep everyone "on the same page" I find that a good reunion organizer with check list and time line planning reminders to be essential.
