Help!!! Our family reunion planning committee is struggling with the natural growth of our family and then those who want to include guests of friends, in-laws etc. We have limited space, as it is held on a family mmember's property and home each year. The committee sent out a nice letter last year explaining to family members to limit their guests and please do not extend a "standing invitation to their guests". How do you nicely remind people who still want to bring too many guests? We are running into the problem of the family members will not come if they cannot bring their guests and are offended.

Money is not the issue, it's the space, and the family wants to keep the reunion limited to closest relatives.
