and
63 Benjamin Williams in 1880 in NC

and I'm sure a heck of a lot listed in between....

If you want help perhaps you could name the County or Counties, and the general time period so people have a chance at identifying the "right" one. for instance when did "Benjamin and Hannah Williams in North Carolina at death" die, and where and at about what ages? And if they were there "at death" does that imply you know that they moved in from somewhere else?
