Thank you all for your responses. I tend to get a little hot headed, so I needed some input. My first thought was to wring her neck! Then, once I cooled down, I would contact her superiors and see if something could be waived to compensate for her behavior. If I didn.t get anywhere with that, I was going to find a new location and still wite a letter of complaint to the corporate offices. Agin thanks for your assistance.
