Like Nicka and Carmen have suggested, I would consider using another hotel as well. However, contact the supervisor, and if he/she does not offer anything to your family reunion to make up for that VERY rude, unprofessional salesperson, then take your family somewhere else. If that hotel truly wants your business, then the supervisor needs to offer something...like waive the rental fee for the banquet ballroom, decrease their menu prices by $5.00 or more, give another reduction in the hotel rooms, something!
