My requests were basic. I merely wanted more detail. In light of the change in ownership, I requested the hotel maintain it's current "star" or "diamond" or anything rating; the right to reneogiate or terminate the contract if the chamge in ownership or management adversely affects the hotel; and reevalute contract one year prior to the function to determine if it is "Market Competitive". I further asked what was promised in the proposal be included in the contract.
