Wow! One thing I can not tolerate is an attitude, and her/his response to you was (1) unprofessional; (2) untactful; (3) not necessary; (4) has MAJOR attitude! Unacceptable! Contact that salesperson's supervisor and forward that e-mail to him or her. Specifically, what were your requests? Even if you had requested that the hotel repainted the entire building yellow and red, a tactful response to your request should have been received. Mel
