Went to Kansas City, and what a wonderful time we had, I am tired but most thankful everything went well. Our reunion is a very informal affair, with lots of love. It started over 55 years ago in Oklahoma as an old fashion basket type dinner, and has continued annualy. We no bring our favorite dish, the host city is responsible for planning and preparing food and program. Our oldest family member attending was 85 years old, and the youngest only a few weeks old. We had over 250 in attendance. We have an auction, the funds raised are passed on to the next years sponsors. The bidding gets fierece but oh so much fun. I am looking forward to next year when we will be in Oklahoma City.
