I have recently found a few branches of my family from the same tree. Each of these branches have mentioned that they hold reunions every other year. How can we go about merging these reunions without any hurt feelings.. in terms of who is hosting first, who is in charge etc.

My thought was to hold our first combined reunion in the location of beginings.... Does this make sense?
