You send out information every year, give deadline dates, finalized everything and the day of the family reunion the same relatives 'just heard about it', or they just stop by to see how things are going- mind you they are all dressed up and ready to chow down for free' and after everything needs to be cleaned up to go home, they are the 1st one's out the door. They even bring a friend or two. These folks can afford car's, trips, clothes anything THEY WANT. How do you handle this yearly problem. If any of you respond back with a --'well they are family and it's only one time a year"--I'll JUST SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!
