I agree with you about secrets. Never would I display that in a genealogy report because of hurt feelings, etc. I have come across many and keep them in my notes since they really serve no real purpose for disclosure. Plus knowing that others have gone to the grave without uttering a word it is best not to "rock the boat." Unfortunately, I was blindsided on this one as it was not a secret and I had no idea of the tension on this subject. The funny thing about most of these secrets is that too many people know about them but when it comes to light folks get highly upset:-).
