I guess that I was being a little naive, but it was another lesson learned. I was still on a high for connecting this young woman with the family and never thought that someone might not be happy about someone else's indiscretion. Unfortunately, even when I discovered this lineage, I was unaware of the ramifications until this cousin made an issue out of what could have passed by unnoticed. I feel sorry for this cousin because the facts don't lie and the past is past. I mentioned it here in this forum as it occured at the reunion which I thought was rude and tastless.
