I just came up with a special idea that I am going to do for myself. When we do family research, finding a diary or handwritten information really becomes important. I have created 2 reunion books with a lot of information. My 1st one has handwritten information and corrections. For the future griot and my daughter I've decided to go to a book binder and have these books bound. One day a family member in the future may need this book and no one will know where theirs could be. For those of you who have had many reunions and have memoribilia--programs, special napkins etc. consider doing this for yourself. It can also be a special gift for someone at a reunion.
